How To Hire

At Studio Tropico we understand that every job is different, and different photographers like to use different gear and so we recommend the following -

If you are a new customer that is also new to photography, or still learning your way around equipment and need advice on what you might need for your shoot, please send us an email telling us a bit about your job and our friendly staff will help you build a kit tailored to your needs!

If you are an existing customer and would like advice on what you might need in your kit, please send us an email here with some information on your job type, otherwise please book your gear following the steps below, or email us with your direct equipment requests here

BUILD YOUR KIT - NEW CUSTOMERS

  1. Please fill out the NEW CUSTOMER FORM and proceed to the ‘exisiting customer’ steps below.

  2. If you need any clarification, or immediate recommendations, be sure to call us on (02) 6617 5846

BUILD YOUR KIT - EXISTING CUSTOMERS

  1. Select your requested products on the rental page

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Enter required fields (name,address, contact, pick up date/time and return)

  4. No credit card details are required

  5. An email will be sent notifying you if the equipment is available on your requested dates.

  6. Once your order has been made, an invoice will be sent out to you.

  7. Full payment of order is required for order to be confirmed and equipment to be booked for you. We do not book any rental equipment in until payment has been received. Payment can be made by EFT or by credit card (cash is also accepted on PICK UPS only). Prices are inclusive of GST

  8. For weekend hire please email us at hola@studiotropico.com. Single day weekend hire is charged out with an additional 20% fee on top and needs to be picked up 5pm on a Friday and returned 9am Monday.
